H-28G Evolution Turret (Q)
Description: Heimerdinger deploys an H-28G Evolution Turret at the target location. Heimerdinger stores a Spare Part periodically, up to a maximum amount of 3 stored at once. Up to 3 H-28G Evolution Turrets can be deployed at a time, and deploying a fourth destroys the oldest one.

Beam Attack
Description: The H-28G Evolution Turret spawns with 0% charge, displayed below its health bar and generates 1.11‾% charge per second. At 100% charge, if there are targets in 900 range, H-28G Evolution Turret fires a beam in their direction after a short wind-up, prioritizing enemy champions, and dealing 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+ 55% AP) magic damage to all enemies it passes through.

Deactivation
Description: H-28G Evolution Turret initiates an 8-second timer while Heimerdinger is more than 1,000 units away. If the timer completes, it deactivates, loses all current charge, and has its sight range reduced. H-28G Evolution Turret instantly reactivates once Heimerdinger moves back in range.

UPGRADE!!! - H-28Q Apex Turret (R + Q)
Description: Heimerdinger deploys an H-28Q Apex Turret at the target location, which lasts for 8 seconds. H-28Q Apex Turret scales with UPGRADE!!!'s rank.

Apex Beam
Description: H-28Q Apex Turret spawns with 70% charge, displayed below its health bar and generates 20% charge with every basic attack. At 100% charge, if there are targets in range, H-28Q Apex Turret fires a beam in their direction after a short wind-up, prioritizing enemy champions, and dealing magic damage to all enemies it passes through.
Magic Damage: 200 / 270 / 340 (+ 70% AP)

Disable Immunity
Description: H-28Q Apex Turret is immune to crowd control.

Additional Information
- H-28G Evolution Turret & H-28Q Apex Turret is a ground-targeted summon.
- The storage time is affected by cooldown reduction.
- Leveling up and ranking up H-28G Evolution Turret will not affect the stats of any existing one.
- Available Spare Parts for turrets are represented as small metal nuts orbiting Heimerdinger.
- Basic attacks from H-28G Evolution Turret do not apply spell effects but apply Rylai's Crystal Scepter's Icy as pet damage.
- Beam attacks from H-28G Evolution Turret apply spell effects as an area-of-effect ability.
- Heimerdinger's basic attacks apply a refreshing, high-priority mark for 3 seconds, and H-28G Evolution Turret will otherwise try to focus the same target as its counterparts if they are in range.
- H-28Q Apex Turret applies spell effects as an area-of-effect ability.
- H-28Q Apex Turret will always prioritize attacking enemy champions if possible.
- Attacks cannot be mitigated by Counter Strike, Aegis Protection, or Blind.

Hextech Micro-Rockets (W)
Description: Heimerdinger unleashes a wave of 5 rockets that converge to the target location and fan beyond it up to a maximum range, with each rocket dealing magic damage to the first enemy it hits. Every rocket hitting an enemy champion grants 20% beam charge to all turrets within 1000 range, up to a maximum of 100% beam charge when hitting 5 rockets on an enemy champion. Enemies can be hit by multiple rockets, with each one beyond the first dealing reduced damage:
- 20 % of the initial rockets base damage (+ 26.66% of its ability power scaling) against champions and monsters.
- 60 % of the initial rockets base damage (+ 79.44% of its ability power scaling) against minions.

Additional Non-Minion Damage: 27 / 36 / 45 + 9% AP

- Hextech Micro-Rockets & Hextech Rocket Swarm are linear, collision skill shots.
- Applies spell effects as an area of effect ability.
- Spell vamp is reduced to one-third effectiveness.
- Rylai's Crystal Scepter will apply a 20% slow for 1 second.
- Magic damage will be mitigated by magic shields.
- Spell shields will block a single rocket wave.
- This ability is considered to be a projectile for Unbreakable and Wind Wall.
- Aiming Hextech Micro-Rockets is done in the same fashion as Glitterlance, allowing for a custom spread.


CH-2 Electron Storm Grenade (E)
Description: Heimerdinger hurls a grenade at the target location, dealing magic damage upon impact to all nearby enemies within 250 radius and slowing them by 35% for 2 seconds. If the grenade hits an enemy champion, all turrets within 1000 range of the impact gain 100% beam charge. Enemies at the center of the grenade's impact are also stunned for 1.25 seconds.

Description: CH-2 Electron Storm Grenade bounces a fixed distance of 540 range for 3 times, exploding each time at twice the radius, with its slow increased to 80%. Enemy champions can only be damaged once per cast but can be slowed and stunned multiple times if circumstances permit. CH-3X Lightning Grenade scales with UPGRADE!!!'s rank.
Magic Damage: 150 / 200 / 250 + 60% AP

Description: Heimerdinger empowers his next basic ability, placing it on the same cooldown as its basic form, modifying its damage and making it free to cast. After Heimerdinger has had UPGRADE!!! active for 3 seconds without using another ability, he can reactivate it to cancel the empowerment and put it on a 3-second static cooldown. UPGRADE!!! only goes on its normal cooldown if Heimerdinger uses an empowered ability.

Cooldown: 100 / 80 / 60
